We provided a full site design with in house CAD site plans as well as creating bespoke event health & safety documentation including Event Safety Management Plans, Construction Phase Plans, Crowd Management Plans and key stakeholder liaison.

All site and technical production suppliers including funfair rides, toilets, staging and tech for three stages were procured by us and full supplier due diligence was conducted.

On site, our team provided full site management and carefully managed key stakeholder relationships as well as building and breaking a full event site in and around a historic, and not to mention haunted, Grade I listed building.

Channel 5

Working hand in hand with Viacom CBS, we created 5 on the Farm from concept through to delivery. We created a safe and welcoming one of a kind event, whilst engaging with the local community and showcasing the best names and programmes from across the Channel 5 portfolio at the home of “Springtime on the Farm” – Cannon Hall Farm. With activation areas such as Milkshake Meadow, the local Makers Market and The Barn, 5 on the Farm provided a broad programme of engagement across all the generations.

Additionally, the project was supported by an extensive and coherent TV campaigns with messaging across the Viacom CBS estate as well as My5 on demand.

Working closely with the farm, we provided a full site design with in-house CAD plans as well as creating event critical documentation including Event Safety Management Plans, Safeguarding Plans, Sustainability Plans, Traffic Management Plans, Crowd Management Plans. Our team led on all premise licensing for the event as well as chairing multiple SAG meetings.

We procured all site and technical production suppliers including unique structures, decor, toilets, staging and tech and conducted full supplier due diligence. We sourced and managed the Makers Market focusing on local producers, breweries and small holdings.

On site, we provided full site management and artist liaison as well as ensuring as little disruption to the busy farm and visitor attraction.

Motion Events

following on from extensive feasibility works including occupancy assessments, we repositioned Marble Factory as a 1,350 capacity venue. All aspects of the venue were reviewed, with Motion committing to extensive improvements including a full live L-Acoustics PA system and dedicated backstage artist facilities. A clear and concise diary management system was designed and implemented providing a transparent procedure across both live and club businesses. This ensured we could maximise both live and club activity supporting Motions core trade.

In the first live season post pandemic, Motions live trade has increased from 12 shows per annum to over 75 across a diverse range of genres. Following on from feedback from promoters and agents throughout this time, further improvements to technical production, ticketing and artist facilities have been made in winter 2022. In addition to this, Marble Factory committed to being the largest independent and merch fee free venue in Bristol.

We also provide full technical advancing for the live shows within Marble Factory and integrated a full time member of our team into the staffing structure to ensure all events are delivered to our high standards including show day safety procedures. Our Venue Business Manager represents the venue to the industry and works alongside the Motion team to maximise and expand the business into additional avenues.
